FrankenBike Austin # 230 – Presented by BikeTexas, Independence Brewing Company, Trudy’s and Ruta Maya Coffee – will be held at TREK LAMAR in conjunction with Taco and Tires Bicycle Show on SATURDAY, October 25, 2025 from 10am-4pm.

TREK LAMAR is located at 517 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78704.

FrankenBike is free for Buyers and Sellers alike.

Buyers, there are always great deals on accessories, parts and complete, ready to ride bicycles at FrankenBike.

Bringing cash for purchases is a good plan but often sellers will accept some type of digital payment such as Zelle or Venmo or credit and debit cards.

Sellers (aka Vendors) it is absolutely free to set up a booth at FrankenBike BUT ALL VENDORS MUST PRE-REGISTER.

Load-in starts @ 9am and we all need to be packed up and off the event grounds by 4pm. Note that Vendors/Seller do not have to arrive at 9am to set up. You may set up at anytime prior to the end of the event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:

FrankenBike set this up but we will not be at our house. Neither will you. Respect for others and our collective safety are paramount. No Exceptions.

AND, even though you will have registered your intent to set up and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with the FrankenBike Event Organizer. No Exceptions. Chris is the event organizer for FrankenBike Austin so be sure to ask for him when you arrive before you unload or set up.

You may bring bicycles; bike parts, accessories, gear and any other bicycle related items, plus a 12×12′ tent, tables and chairs. Do not place parts directly on the ground as it is a trip hazard. Place parts on a table or a tarp. No Exceptions.

Ideally all of your for-sale items should fit inside of your tent or allotted space.

Independence Brewing Company

Independence Brewing Company, our favorite brewery and very first FrankenBike Sponsor will have ice cold complementary beer ~~available for purchas~~e for those of us that are 21 years old+ so bring your ID ~~and a credit card or cash~~ if you would like a cold one or two 🙂 … You can always VISIT THEIR TAP ROOM! Enjoy our classic favorites, seasonal and limited releases, and brewery-exclusive beers while relaxing in our laid-back tap room. With brewery tours, live original music, and special food events, the Independence tap room is likely to become your favorite place in south Austin! We are happy to announce that Ruta Maya Coffee will be onsite providing coffee for event goers and vendors alike at 2019 most all FrankenBike Austin events. Ruta Maya Coffee Company was founded in 1990 in Austin, Texas on a simple premise — to create a marketplace of superior products produced in Latin American countries and to return to the producers of those products a fair portion of profits generated. 🙂

Trudy’s has long been a Tex-Mex favorite of Austin Local’s and visitors alike. From their World Famous Martini’s to their Stuffed Avocado’s, Trudy’s has something for everyone. 🙂
