Buyers, there are always great deals on accessories, parts and complete, ready to ride bicycles at FrankenBike.
Vendors, it is absolutely free to set up a booth at FrankenBike BUT ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER.

Load-in starts @ 9am – not a minute earlier – and we all need to be packed up and off the event grounds by 4pm sharp.
Note that Vendors do not have to arrive at 9am to set up. You may set up anytime prior to the end of the event.
VENDOR RULES AND PROCEDURES:
FrankenBike set this up, but we will not be at our house. Neither will you. Respect for others and our collective safety are paramount. No Exceptions.
AND, even though you will have registered your intent to set up and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT UNLOAD OR SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with Mike Tamez, the FrankenBike San Antonio Event Manager. No Exceptions.
Upon arrival to all FrankenBike events you will need to provide the first and last name of all persons who will be in your both/allotted space no matter their duration. No Exceptions.

You may bring bicycles; bike parts, accessories, gear or any other bicycle related items, plus a 12×12′ tent, tables and chairs.
Do not place parts directly on the ground as it is a trip hazard. Place parts on a table or a tarp. No Exceptions.
Ideally all of your for-sale or trade items should fit inside of your tent or allotted space.
