FrankenBike San Antonio Special Event – Presented by Roland Bikes, BikeTexas, Independence Brewing Company and Club Sirius – will be held on Saturday, September 07, 2019 from
Load-in is between 5:00am-7:30am the day of the event. You will not be allowed to set up if you show up later. However, you will be allowed to set up the night before – September 06, 2019 from 6pm-9pm – as they will have security to guard the booths. All vendors must remain until the event ends at 4:00 p.m. I.E., If you set up a booth you can not take it down and leave until 4pm. No exceptions.
When you arrive please ask for Miriam Urrabazo, she is the event coordinator for this event. If you have questions on where to set up she can direct you to the FrankenBike set up area. Her Cell phone is 713-213-3851. Be Nice! Have Fun! Sell Your Bike Stuff!
Immediately following Tour de Las Misiones Bike Ride Tour, Walk, and Run, participants and the surrounding community can enjoy music, food, and refreshments. Mission Pachanga celebrates San Antonio’s unique heritage and culture, past and present. This family-friendly event will be filled with fun interactive activities, local bike and pop-up vendors, food trucks, and refreshment will be available to purchase.
Also note that if you are a FrankenBike Vendor the fees for this special event at the have been waived for FrankenBike Vendors Only. I.E., Bikes, Parts, Gear, Etc., only.
Note [that] while we are promoting all of our sponsors as we always do, there will be no outside alcohol or food admitted onto the event grounds.
This is a great location with plenty of room for everyone so bring it if you’ve got it !
