You are welcome to pack a lunch or bring snacks but no adult beverages.

FrankenBike is free for Buyers and Sellers alike. Sellers – aka Vendors – it is absolutely free to set up a booth at FrankenBike BUT ALL SELLERS/VENDORS MUST REGISTER.

Load-in starts @ 9am – not a minute earlier – and we all need to be packed up and off the event grounds by 4pm sharp. NOTE: Vendors/Sellers do not have to show at 9am to set up. You may set up anytime during the day up from 9am until the end of the event.

Buyers, there are always great deals on accessories, parts and complete, ready to ride bicycles at FrankenBike.

Bringing cash for purchases is a good plan but often sellers will accept some type of digital payment such as Zelle or Venmo or credit and debit cards.

FrankenBike San Antonio Manager Mike Tamez your event co-host so be sure to ask for him when you arrive before you set up.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:

FrankenBike set this up but we will not be at our house. Neither will you. Respect for others and our collective safety are paramount. No Exceptions.

AND, even though you will have registered your intent to set up and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with the FrankenBike Event Organizer. No Exceptions.

You may bring bicycles; bike parts, accessories, gear and any other bicycle related items, plus a 12×12′ tent, tables and chairs. Do not place parts directly on the ground. Place parts on a table, blanket or towel. No Exceptions.

Ideally all of your for-sale items should fit inside of your tent or allotted space.
