RAIN OR SHINE – FrankenBike San Antonio #119 – Presented by Roland Bikes, BikeTexas, Independence Brewing Company, Ruta Maya Coffee and Club Sirius – will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 10am-4pm at 10Bitworks – Makerspace located at 130 W Lachapelle, San Antonio, TX 78204. ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER. The vendor registration page is HERE.

Load-in starts @ 9am – not a minute earlier, and we all need to be packed up and off the event grounds by 4pm sharp. No outside food or beverages.

FrankenBike San Antonio Manager Mike Tamez and FrankenBike Founder Chris Gross will be your event co-host so be sure to ask for them when you arrive before you set up.

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:

Even though you will have registered your intent to set up a booth, and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with an official of the event. No Exceptions.

The vendor-on-boarding process is quick and simple and you will see that we are not asking for a bunch of personal information from you, nor will we share your information with others, least it be a request from Law Enforcement if you happen to be selling stolen goods… and in that case, we will be more than happy to assist Law Enforcement.

WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING and WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SELL

You may bring bicycles; bike parts, accessories, gear and any other bicycle related items, plus ONE (1) TENT NO LARGER THAN 12’X12’, plus tables and chairs. If you do not have a tent you will still be allotted the same space to sell either from a table or even a blanket but do not place parts directly on the ground. Place them on a table, blanket or towel. Note that all of your for-sale items must fit inside your tent/allotted space, including all bicycles, so do not bring 20 bikes as there is no way they would all fit in your tent.< This is not a challenge.
