RULES THAT APPLY TO EVERYONE GOING TO THE EVENT
The following rules apply to everyone going to the event; vendors, buyers, spectators, event organizers and host location providers alike.
If you are not feeling well please stay at home and plan on coming to another event when you are feeling better.
Bring a face cover or face-mask and wear it when you are in the general event area, speaking with others, or inside using the restroom. Make sure you have your own hand sanitizer as well. No Exceptions!
VENDORS RULES
For now, at least for the time being, gone are the days of just showing up and us finding you a place to set up to sell. The main reason for this new process is to not exceed the available number of vendor spaces at a given event location, so that we may all enjoy FrankenBike in a safe and responsible manner.
We promise the vendor-on-boarding process is quick and simple and you will see that we are not asking for a bunch of personal information from you, nor will we share your information with others at any time, for any reason, least it be a request from Law Enforcement if you happen to be selling stolen goods… and in that case, we will be more than happy to assist Law Enforcement.
Seriously, you must register to sell at FrankenBike. The last thing we want is for you to show up only to be told [that] we have no room for you to set up a booth. Also note that once we hit the limit of available vendor spaces, we will close registration and let everyone know the event is at capacity.
WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING and WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SELL
You can sell bikes, bike parts, bike gear, bike accessories and bike clothing.
NO CLOTHES or PARTS BINS. ALL PARTS MUST BE SEPARATED AND SET ON YOUR TABLE OR BLANKET and All CLOTHING MUST BE FRESHLY WASHED – IF NOT BRAND NEW FROM THE MANUFACTURE – AND HUNG ON INDIVIDUAL HANGERS.
Seriously, we will not allow you to set out a tub of bike related items like in the past. This too shall pass but for now sanitize all of your for-sale items and place them individually on your table, blanket or on hangers. If you are selling a bike please sanitize each bike as well. HAND SANITIZER – provided by you – must be made available to your potential buyers.
Even though you will have registered your intent to set up a booth, and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with an official of the event. No Exceptions.
You may bring ONE (1) TENT NO LARGER THAN 12’X12’, plus tables and chairs. If you do not have a tent you will still be allotted the same space to sell either from a table or even a blanket but do not place parts directly on the ground. Place them on a table, blanket or towel. Note that all of your for-sale items must fit inside your tent/allotted space, including all bicycles, so do not bring 20 bikes as there is no way they would all fit in your tent.
