FrankenBike Austin # 188: SATURDAY, March 26, 2022 from 10am-4pm at Independence Brewing Company ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER

FrankenBike Austin # 188 – Presented by BikeTexas, Independence Brewing Company, Trudy’s, Ruta Maya Coffee and Junior’s Beer and Wine – will be held at Independence Brewing Company on SATURDAY, March 26, 2022 from 10am-4pm.

No outside adult beverages. Food will be for sale starting at noon and you are welcome pack a sack lunch or snacks.

FrankenBike is free for Buyers and Sellers alike.

Buyers, there are always great deals on accessories, parts, cycling clothes/shoes and complete, ready to ride bicycles at FrankenBike.

Bringing cash for purchases is a good plan but often sellers will accept some type of digital payment such as Zelle or Venmo or credit and debit cards.

Chris is the event organizer for FrankenBike Austin so be sure to ask for him when you arrive if you need any help.

Load-in starts @ 9am and we all need to be packed up and off the event grounds by 4pm.

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS:

Even though you will have registered your intent to set up a booth, and therefore we will be expecting you, DO NOT SET UP UNTIL YOU CHECK IN with an official of the event. No Exceptions.

You may bring bicycles; bike parts, accessories, gear and any other bicycle related items, plus ONE (1) TENT NO LARGER THAN 12’X12’, plus tables and chairs. If you do not have a tent you will still be allotted the same space to sell either from a table or even a blanket but do not place parts directly on the ground. Place them on a table, blanket or towel. Note that all of your for-sale items must fit inside your tent/allotted space, including all bicycles.

Independence Brewing Company, our favorite brewery and very first FrankenBike Sponsor will have ice cold beer available for purchase for those of us that are 21 years old+ so bring your ID and a credit card or cash if you would like a cold one or two 🙂. You can always VISIT THEIR TAP ROOM! Enjoy our classic favorites, seasonal and limited releases, and brewery-exclusive beers while relaxing in our laid-back tap room. With brewery tours, live original music, and special food events, the Independence tap room is likely to become your favorite place in south Austin! We are happy to announce that Ruta Maya Coffee will be onsite providing coffee for event goers and vendors alike at 2022 most all FrankenBike Austin events. Ruta Maya Coffee Company was founded in 1990 in Austin, Texas on a simple premise — to create a marketplace of superior products produced in Latin American countries and to return to the producers of those products a fair portion of profits generated. 🙂

Junior’s Beer and Wine

Junior’s Beer and Wine first opened for business in 1982 and has always been locally owned and operated. Its a funky little store with a mess of great beer, just off the drag and across the street from Breed & Co. Tiffany and Jason took over the store in September of 2011 and have been operating it everyday since. We welcome any beer requests you may have – if you don’t see it on our shelves let us know and if its distributed in Texas we’ll get it here. 512-222-7577.

Trudy’s

Trudy’s has long been a Tex-Mex favorite of Austin Local’s and visitors alike. From their World Famous Martini’s to their Stuffed Avocado’s, Trudy’s has something for everyone. And with four area locations, a bike ride to Trudy’s will be quicker than if you rode in a car… 🙂
