The free raffle will be held at 3:30pm on November 30, 2013 – at the Dog and Duck Pub – during FrankenBike # 100. The rules are simple in that you must be present to win and everyone gets one free raffle ticket. Please note that past bicycle winners are excluded from participating in the free raffle as are current and past FrankenBike Organizers as well as current and past FrankenBike Sponsor Principals and Management.
